Pizzarelli
Like a calzone. We take our fresh pizza dough,
stuff it with sausage, cheese, pepperoni mushrooms, and sauce, fold it
over, deep fry it and cover it with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella
cheese.

Asiago Chicken
Broiled chicken breast with fresh basil, garlic
and tomatoes, covered with sharp Asiago cheese.
Four Seasons Pizza

mushrooms for Fall and prosciutto for Winter. The quattro stagioni pie
is arguably the most popular pizza in Italy.
White Pizza
Besciamella sauce, garlic, tomatoes, broccoli, red
onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and olives, covered with cheese and
fresh basil.
Chicken Alfredo Pizza
