Cheese Tortellini with Fresh Basil
Small twist of pasta filled with ricotta, parmesan
and romano cheeses served in a delicious sauce of chopped tomatoes,
garlic and fresh basil.
Pasta Carbonara
Strips of smoked pork loin sauteed with garlic,
fresh bacon, parsley, cheese, and creamy besciamella sauce served with
our own fresh penne rigate noodles.
*Lasagne
Large, flat egg noodles layered with mozzarella,
parmesan, ricotta cheeses and homemade Italian sausage, served with our
rich spaghetti sauce.
*Ravioli
Pillows of pasta stuffed with a filling of meats,
cheese, herbs, and spices. Served with our rich meaty spaghetti sauce.

Made only the way Rastrelli’s can make it -

Roasted Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Exotic Porcini and Shiitake mushrooms comprise the
filling in this wild mushroom ravioli, tossed with sauteed garlic,
fresh mushrooms, green onions, capers and sun-dried tomatoes that are
sauteed in olive oil.

Pasta and Chicken Asiago

A real pasta feast! Small portions of lasagna,
spaghetti, and mostaccioli covered with Rastrelli’s spaghetti
sauce.
Baked Manicotti
Three large pasta tubes filled with ricotta cheese
and spices, covered with mozzarella cheese and Rastrelli’s
meatless tomato sauce.
*Cheese Ravioli Alfredo
Jumbo pasta pillows stuffed with ricotta cheese
and served in a creamy besciamella sauce with romano cheese, garlic,
sour cream and chives.
Pasta and Seafood
Butter, butter, butter with garlic, romano cheese,
and parsley make up the sauce. We then toss penne pasta and surimi
seafood into the sauce and Mamma Mia it’s great!
*Mostaccioli
“Small moustaches”... is the
translation but these noodles are really medium size pasta tubes and we
cover them with Rastrelli’s rich and meaty spaghetti sauce.
Seafood Ravioli Alfredo
Jumbo pasta pillow stuffed with Ricotta cheese,
crabmeat and shrimp. Served in our rich Alfredo sauce.
*Pasta Petit
For the not so hungry. These pasta dishes can be
served as 1/2 portions and they still come with the famous salad bar.
