Beef
Prime Rib Au jus - A 12oz. roasted prime rib spiked with garlic and seasoning. Roasted to juicy perfection.
Broiled Filet Mignon - 8oz. of the most tender of steaks, hand cut here at Rastrelli's and broiled to perfection.
8oz. Swiss Steak Jardiniere - An 8oz. cubed round steak sautéed to seal in the flavor and the
slowly baked with onion, carrots, tomato, celery with garlic and seasoning.
Broiled Top Sirloin - A 9oz. Angus top sirloin steak full of flavor and texture.  
Broiled over open flame to enhance its flavors.
12oz. New York Strip - A 12oz. USDA Choice steak broiled over an open flame to enhance its natural flavors.
8oz. and 10oz. Flat Iron Steak - Your choice of either an 8oz or a 10oz USDA choice Flat Iron steak,
broiled over open flame to enhance its flavors.

Chicken
Chicken Parmesan -Tender chicken breast coated in egg and Rastrelli's breadcrumbs and sautéed in olive oil - served with mozzarella and Romano cheeses and covered in Rastrelli's rich tomato sauce.
Chicken Breast Supreme Rossini - A roasted 10oz. whole chicken breast with drummette attached. Served in a light red wine brown sauce with expertly sautéed onions and mushrooms.
Chicken Breast Supreme Formage - A roasted 10oz. whole chicken breast with drummette attached. Served with sautéed broccoli, mushrooms, red onions and covered with Colby and Mozzarella cheeses.
Chicken Supreme Cacciatore - A roasted 10oz. whole chicken breast with drummette attached. Green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions, garlic and white wine give this chicken breast a phenomenal flavor.
Montego Bay Chicken Supreme - A roasted 10oz. whole chicken breast with drummette attached.
Served with pineapple and red peppers, sautéed onions and our own sweet sauce to give this an
unforgettable Caribbean flavor.
Lemon Herb Chicken Supreme - A roasted 10oz. whole chicken breast with drummette attached.
Covered in a zesty lemon and herb seasoning.

Pork
Broiled Smoked Pork Chop - A thick full pork loin that is smoked cured - We then cut a 12oz.
chop and broil it to enhance the flavor.
Roasted Pork Loin Juslie - Fresh boneless pork loin slowly roasted with fresh garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Roasted Stuffed Pork Loin Sacciacta - Fresh boneless pork loin stuffed with Italian sausage and slowly roasted with fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
The Iowa Chop - A 12oz. fresh bone in Iowa pork chop broiled over open flame to sear in the flavor. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.  Ask about sauces available with this option!  

Fish
Baked Orange Roughy, Orleans - Australian Waters supply this delicate and flaky fish.  Served in a rich butter sauce with our own mild Cajun-seasoning blend.
Broiled Salmon Filet with Herbed Garlic Butter - An 8oz. North Pacific salmon filet broiled over open flame served in an herb garlic butter with a hint of lemon.
Broiled Mahi Mahi with Fresh Lime - A delicious firm white fish broiled and served with a
splash of freshly squeezed lime.
Italian Halibut Loin Steak  - This is a firm and dense lean lo-fat fish with a mild sweet flavor
cooked with olive oil, parsley, Italian seasonings and romano cheese.

Pasta
Lasagne - Large, flat egg noodles layered with mozzarella, romano, and ricotta cheeses and
homemade Italian sausage, served with our rich spaghetti sauce.
Baked Manicotti - Large tubes of pasta filled with ricotta cheese and spices. Covered with mozzarella cheese and our homemade meatless tomato sauce.
Cheese Tortellini with Fresh Basil - Small twists of pasta filled with ricotta, Parmesan and romano
cheeses served in a rich sauce of chopped tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil.

All of the above buffets are served with a choice of plated salad.  In addition, meals include Rastrelli's Famous Bread, coffee, tea and milk.  Rastrelli's Salad Bar can be substituted for the plated salad for an additional cost.


Salad Choices

Renaissance Salad
Romaine lettuce with red onions and radicchio, Mandarin oranges, caramelized pecan, dried cranberries,
and Gorgonzola cheese dressed with a cranberry citrus vinaigrette.

Spinach Salad
Baby spinach, red onions, hard-boiled eggs, chopped bacon, mushrooms and Colby cheese
dressed with hot bacon dressing.

Rastrelli's Caesar Salad 
Crisp romaine lettuce, Rastrelli's croutons, cherry tomatoes and shredded asiago cheese tossed with peppercorn Caesar dressing.

Rastrelli's House Salad 
Tossed romaine lettuce topped with red onions, cucumber slices, fresh mushroom slices and cherry tomatoes with choice of dressing.

Three dressings will be served along with the tossed salads. Choices are Thousand Island, Ranch, French, Bleu Cheese, Western, Low-Cal French, Low-Cal Ranch, Italian or our House Dressing - Red Wine Italian.
